  • Decriminalize all personal recreational drug usage
  • End financing The War on Drugs and declare a defeat
  • Supports HR 2306 Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2011
  • Supports the California Repeal Cannabis Prohibition Act of 2012 (RCPA 2012)
  • Supports the Hempstead Act
